LanguageCert Online exams with remote, live proctoring are based on award-winning technology that is owned and managed end-to-end by the PeopleCert Group. They provide a secure and reliable way for candidates of all ages to take high-stakes, internationally recognised exams from their preferred location without having to visit a Test Centre*. For candidates under the age of 16, guardian consent is required when booking.

This approach to assessment makes the entire exam process more accessible and tailored to the needs of individual candidates, while maintaining the highest security standards and offering international recognition.

Prepare your computer

Download ExamShield 24 hours before your exam to check your computer's system compatibility.
Make sure you have a wired headset (i.e., headphones with a built-in microphone), keyboard and mouse, or another pointing device, a single web camera which you can rotate 360 degrees.

Prepare your Environment

Find a private, quiet room with no distractions, sufficient light and a clean desk.

Prepare your Documents

To verify your identity, provide a physical photo Identity Document (ID) issued by your government that matches the details you supplied when registering.

Starting your Exam

Log into ExamShield using your credentials. The ExamShield platform will provide guidance to the Self-Onboarding process. Once completed, you will be connected to your proctor.
