To ensure the quality and fitness-for-purpose of its processes, qualifications and examinations including adherence to regulatory requirements, LANGUAGECERT abides by strict, publicly available policies and procedures. Each policy clearly outlines LANGUAGECERT Approved Test Centre responsibilities and the procedures that Centres are required to follow. As part of LANGUAGECERT’s self-evaluation arrangement, its policies and procedures are reviewed annually and may be revised from time to time in response to feedback from Centres and candidates. Good practice guidance issued by regulatory authorities and LANGUAGECERT’s governing bodies are also taken into account.
