LANGUAGECERT Test of English (LTE) recognised by France Compétences for CPF funding eligibility
LanguageCert, 30 September 2024
We are delighted to announce that, since June 2024, LANGUAGECERT Test of English (LTE) has been recognised by France Compétences and is now eligible for Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) funding. The CPF government scheme allows professionals in France to finance training and skills development, helping to enhance their career prospects.
LANGUAGECERT LTE covers all four language skills (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) and assesses English proficiency across all CEFR levels, from A1 to C2. For certification under France Compétences, LTE training programmes must target at least CEFR level A2 in all four skills.
Flexible Test Delivery
One of the key advantages of LANGUAGECERT LTE is its flexibility. Candidates can take the exam on their chosen date remotely, whether at home or in their workplace, making it easier to fit around their existing commitments.
Partnership with Procertif
LANGUAGECERT has partnered with Procertif, a trusted service provider in France, to handle data reconciliation between LANGUAGECERT, approved training partners, and the Caisse des Dépôts. This ensures a smooth and transparent certification process for candidates and partners alike.
What is the CPF and How Can It Be Used?
The Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) is a French government scheme that allows individuals to accumulate funds for professional training throughout their careers. These funds can be used to finance certified language courses which help to enhance employability and professional development. These funds can be managed via the platform MonCompteFormation.gouv.fr.
